Building on Phase I’s success, the Telemedicine Program is expanding into five more underserved counties — Turkana, Laikipia, Vihiga, Kwale and Makueni — where child mortality rates run well above the national average. Over the next three years, we are extending the same lifeline: real-time specialist care delivered through local clinics, no matter how remote a family lives.
